Code of Conduct

You will attend all lessons

​

You will attend at least 1 interview during or upon completion of the Skills Bootcamp.

​

If you do have to miss a session you will give notice to the course’s Digital Technician to explain why.

​

You will complete all course work including projects, knowledge checks and homework’s by the stated deadlines given on the course.

​

You will engage with the Skills City team during the course to maximise your chances of gaining employment..

​

You will engage Skills City team after completion of bootcamp.

​

You will treat members of staff, other students, and any guests with respect and in a professional manner, this includes but is not limited to::

  • No swearing

  • No racism or bullying of any sort

  • No undermining or gas lighting

  • No inappropriate comments of any kind in any format

You understand that if you act in any way that is counter this code of conduct this could lead to you being withdrawn from the course.

You understand that you will provide us interview documentation for the purpose of our funders DFE

 

For interview the evidence we need is:

  • date and time it took place

  • company

  • job role

  • should be confirmation forwarded from the employer

 

For job we need:

  • job title

  • start date

  • salary

  • copy of offer letter or contract

You will communicate and use the Skills City platforms and communication methods in a professional manner while a student or alumni of the bootcamps

​

You must not knowingly put another student, member of staff or an external visitor at risk whether through actions you take or encourage the person to take This can lead to withdrawal from the course
