Cloud Security

The Cloud Security Bootcamp will not only get you started with Cloud Foundations, Computer Networking, Python Programming, Databases and AWS services but also introduce you to the Cyber security domain.

When is the Bootcamp delivered?

The Bootcamp will be delivered from Monday to Friday, from 9:30am to 4:30pm (including both learning and self-learning hours).

Applications are now open for our May 7th intake for North-West, London, and West Midlands residents.

Eligibility


All candidates will need to commit to this as a full-time course, meaning up to 40 hours a week.
Access to a laptop that can run Microsoft Teams and Zoom and includes a microphone and camera.
Fluent in written and spoken English
Competency in using a computer (no prior IT experience is required, but students should be confident in working independently online across a variety of platforms)
Has not previously completed an AWS exam
Previous experience in programming is useful, but not required.

Progression

You can then go on to complete a range of qualifications to further develop your skills in the area of choice. These include the following exam pathway:

  • CompTIA Network+

  • CompTIA CySA+/PenTest+

  • CompTIA Linux+

Delivery

Our bootcamp is delivered through a combination of theory lessons, lab sessions and the use of knowledge checks.

You will also get the chance to take part in a group assignment and a client-facing project. These projects will enable you to put your skills to the test while gaining industry and project management skills.

This Skills Bootcamp is designed to give you in-depth knowledge about the industry. Through a mixture of industry talks, alumni panels and other events, you will be given the tools to help you reach the career of your choice.
